1......Choose Your Session!
Let me know what kind of photo shoot you are looking for, if you'd like a longer or shorter session time, just ask! Date, time, total number of people, number of kids, length of session, how many looks (outfits), 1 or 2 locations (if close by), and any questions you may have! You may send me a form from my website, text me, call me, email me, Facebook message me, or Instagram DM me!
3......Pay deposit to book your session.
When you contact me to book your photo shoot, I'll let you know how much the deposit will be for me to hold your date and time. (What's that mean? Until I receive your deposit, if someone else wants to book your date and time and pays their deposit first, you will lose the spot!)........Approximately 50% of session fee.
Payment methods accepted: Cash/Check, Paypal, Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, Square online, Facebook Messenger payment.
Once your deposit is paid, I will email or text you a Cost Sheet detailing the session cost and additional options as was discussed upon first contact. You can always let me know if you'd like to change options before the session date, final balance will be adjusted accordingly.
A signed Photography Services Agreement is required before your photo session can begin.
I can email it to you, if you can print and bring it with you to your session with a payment method for your final balance.

If you forget it, I will have blanks, no worries!
Important...... The required deposit is non-refundable, if client fails to sign Agreement and session does not happen, deposit becomes the cancellation fee. If the need arises to reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours notice, and your deposit will be carried over to the new appointment with a 25% rescheduling fee added to final balance and must be paid in full prior to session beginning.
When we meet, we will go over the Photography Services Agreement if you have any questions, and I will collect the signed one. Then we will process your final balance payment through the method you have chosen.
Then we can have some fun!!!
6......After your session
You will receive, in approximately 1-2 weeks, a print release and all edited photos in high resolution digital form for your printing use only. How many photos? ALL! (Except duplicates)
I have a problem with not delivering your beautiful images just because you were only promised a certain number of photos. Occasionally, final editing may take a bit longer due to that though..
If you are local to me, I can drop off a CD for you.
I use Google Dropbox for those clients who are not local to me, and it's super easy to use no account needed.
Or you may come pick up a CD from me in St. Bernard.
Non-refundable deposit of approximately 50% of session cost required for booking. Travel fees, additional person fees, and additional time fees may apply to final balance depending on the session desired. Client will be sent a cost sheet after booking, detailing additional services available.
Cancellation Policy: This deposit is non-refundable, and the session date and time will not be finalized until deposit is received. Client understands that by entering into this agreement, I am foregoing other photographic jobs. If Client cancels this Agreement for any reason, the deposit specified in the booking will be retained as a cancellation fee. If Client notifies me of the need to reschedule the photography session at least 48 hours before the Event, I will apply the non-refundable deposit toward the cost of another photography session provided Client schedules the photography session on a date and time that I have available appointments, and the new session date occurs within six (6) months of the original event date. Client understands and agrees that rescheduling any photography session will be subject to a 25% reschedule fee, which will be added to final balance and must be paid in full prior to any rendering of services.
